Night at Museum on Friday with Art Adda.

National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, (NGMA) is pleased to organize Night at Museum on Friday, 31 th May 2019 along with Art Adda. This is the fifth edition of this monthly programme (organised every month on last working day). This month it is once again coinciding with the ART ADDA (another monthly program).
This month these programmes are based on the theme “MUSEUMS, MUSIC AND YOUTH” and three Musical Bands representing youth are invited to perform at NGMA – The Tathaagat Project, The Third Eye, the DASP.

These band are Musicians, who not only performs Vedic, classical Rock but creates soulful music. They are young dynamic artists who are going to assimilate arts and music at NGMA with their creativity and youthful energy. The role of museums in current society is changing and Museums are keep on reinventing themselves in their quest for
becoming more interactive, audience focused, community oriented, flexible, adaptable and mobile. The National gallery of Modern art is also becoming a CULTURAL HUB, functioning as platforms where all sorts of creativity combines and assimilates for new creations, where diverse visitors are also be part of such co-creations, to share and interact with larger community. the Night At Museum is an endeavour to reach out to larger public through different flavours and themes.


this month it is Music and youth centric at the centre of art The Third Eye:

The third eye is a band of musicians performs vedic rock fusion, classic and other, they have also performed on prestigious events and won number of battles of band.

Tathaagat Project:
Tathaagat Project is a Delhi based band with four musicians. they have won numerous battles of band in and around delhi and had performed at prestigious events. “We love playing our Original Compositions which are based solely on our inner feel and have a message to pass on. That's why we call our Genre as "feel based". ”

DASP
The DASP band is a music society from Amity university. “the DASP is a music society in which we do all kinds of music, western, sufi, indian classical, Bollywood , rock etc… And also tend to work on original creations. We have performed at various colleges , institutions , cafés etc . And we also look forward for this wonderful opportunity
for us to showcase the best of talent.”
